The starburst spline teeth on all components are good. This item has been cleaned and handled in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. See last two pictures This Mayfield headrest is complete in good cosmetic and working condition. There is no table adapter included but I do have the a couple styles available for purchase to winning buyer if needed.
