NLight element series High powered laser diode array package. I was getting 45W 8.3A which is the most my current power supply will do. E12 160W, 976 Wave length , 200 micron core it should reach 160W 16A 19V, At this rate, 130W 20A 19VDC, not so great and is a tired laser but have good amount of life left doing 100W or. This is model e18 which I'm guessing should do 130W 16A.

They don't currently make this model, but if you go by the specs of close version can get a good idea.
