OMI Mayfield Base Unit Aluminum A-1001. All starburst spline surfaces are perfect without wear. Condition Testing. Pressure Scale on the inside.

They include a universal side rail adapter, Champaign adapter and Stereos/AMSCO. Can be mounted to an aluminum swivel adapter. See last pic, This device is part of the Doro cranial stabilization systems, designed for use in neurosurgery to securely position patients head during procedures. This is a super nice system at great price.

Doro Swivel Adaptor Radiolucent PM 3033-00 Attaches headrest to base unit. Replaceable starburst when worn out. 3/4 diameter mounting bars spaced 6 1/2 wide up to 7/8. The base finish is bright with very little sign of previous use.

Regardless of the origin equipment, documentation provided or identification appearing upon equipment described and offered here is in no way certified for, recommended for any specific use. 14 1/2 wide w/ Allen wrench. I am easily able to properly adjust the base unit and using included Allen wrench. All adjustments are working and all starburst spline connections look new with no sign of wear.

This Mayfield is completely Radiolucent except for the narrow base unit which aluminum. DOM is unknown. This Mayfield headrest system is really nice and ready to use.
